I am 25 years old and fanatical about traditional orchards. This blog largely documents a project to restored two fantastic but neglected apple orchards in my home village in Gloucestershire. I am currently working at the People’s Trust for Endangered Species on their hedgehog and beetle campaigns. I am also training as a butcher’s apprentice in an organic farm shop. For me, the present and future is about reconnecting people with the natural world that supports us.
